Privacy
Kitchen Crossing is made by Sunny Nagra. This page covers the game and this website: what is stored, what is optional, how long it is kept and how to ask for deletion.
In short
- The campaign plays offline. Your progress stays on your device.
- Online co-op is optional. Our crew server keeps only what a match needs, for a limited time.
- Analytics in the app and on this website is off until you turn it on. It never includes your name, email or contacts.
- There are no ads, no advertising identifier and no tracking across other companies’ apps or websites. We do not sell data.
In the game
On your device
Campaign progress, best results, settings and whether you have seen the practice are saved on your device. They are not sent to us or synced between devices. Deleting the app deletes them.
Local diagnostics
Crash and performance reports supplied by iOS are kept on your device in a capped folder, outside device backups. They are not sent to Mixpanel or our server. If you choose Share diagnostics in Settings, the system share sheet lets you decide where to send them.
Nearby co-op and Game Center
Nearby co-op connects devices directly over the local network or Bluetooth, using a random name such as “Chef-1A2B3C4D”. Match data goes between the devices, not to us. If you use Game Center, Apple handles sign-in and matchmaking under Apple’s Game Center privacy terms.
Online crews
Online crews are optional. They run on our own server on Cloudflare Workers, separate from our other games. You can join as a guest, which uses a random ID and a key created on your device, or with Game Center, in which case Apple provides a signed proof of your player ID for our server to check.
The server stores the display name shown to your crew, your player ID, a public key, your game version and when you were last seen. Match messages are relayed between players and are not stored. Your IP address is used to deliver requests; for guest connections, it is kept only as a one-way hash to limit abuse.

Expired server records are removed during hourly cleanup, which can add up to one hour to these limits.
To delete your crew profile, sessions and memberships, choose Delete online data in online co-op. Anything left over expires on the schedule above.
App analytics
Off until you choose Share play statistics, either when the game asks or in Settings. When it is on, the app sends events to Mixpanel about play (such as screens viewed, stages started and finished, results, practice and co-op connection outcomes). Mixpanel’s software adds the app version, device model and iOS version. Events are linked to a random analytics ID created for your installation.
Events do not include your name, email, contacts, Apple Account, Game Center identity, crew profile or recordings of play, and there is no advertising identifier. Location is not derived from your IP address. The app’s ID is separate from the website’s ID; we do not link them. Turning analytics off deletes statistics not yet sent and starts a new ID. Earlier IDs remain listed in Settings for deletion requests.
Apple services
If you test through TestFlight, Apple shares crash logs and usage information with us. This can include the name and email address you were invited with, and any feedback or screenshots you choose to send. See TestFlight and privacy. After release, Apple may share crash and usage data with us if you allow it in your device’s settings; see App Store and privacy.
What the game does not use
No push notifications, contacts, photos, location, microphone, camera, advertising identifier or third-party advertising.
On this website
Hosting
This site is served by Cloudflare Pages. To deliver and protect it, Cloudflare processes network information such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested, under the Cloudflare privacy policy. The site uses no cookies, no forms and no Cloudflare analytics script.
Website analytics
Off unless you allow it below. If you do, the site sends two kinds of event to the dedicated Kitchen Crossing Mixpanel project: a page being viewed, and a click on one of the site’s main links. Each event includes the page name (such as “support”), the link name and position, the site version, the time and a random ID for this browser tab.
It never includes full addresses, search or campaign parameters, the page you came from, your name or email. We ask Mixpanel not to derive a location from your IP address. There is no automatic click capture or session recording. Automated browsers are excluded. The random ID is created only after you allow analytics and is removed when you turn it off or close the tab. Your choice is saved in this browser’s local storage.
Privacy choices
Website analytics is not active on this site. Nothing is collected, so there is nothing to turn off.

Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track are honoured: if your browser sends either, analytics stays off.
If you email us, we receive your address and message and use them only to reply. We keep the conversation for as long as needed to handle your request.
Analytics retention
A retention period for analytics events has not been set yet. No analytics is collected, in the app or on this website, until that period is published here. Mixpanel is based in the United States; see the Mixpanel privacy policy.
Deletion requests
Email snagra045@gmail.com with the analytics ID you want deleted: the app’s ID (in Settings, use Share analytics ID for a deletion request), or the website ID shown under Privacy choices above. Because analytics IDs are random and not linked to your identity, we cannot find your events without the ID. For online crews, use Delete online data in the app; if you no longer can, tell us your crew display name and roughly when you played.
We will confirm when we have asked Mixpanel or removed data from our server, and again when deletion is complete. Deletion is not instant; processing by our providers can take time. Data we cannot identify is still removed by the retention limits above.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal information, to object to its use, or to complain to a data protection authority. Contact us and we will help. We process optional analytics only with your consent, and crew data only to run the co-op you ask for.
Kitchen Crossing has no accounts, chat or public profiles, and it does not ask for age or contact details.
